Description
TripleTenis an award-winning online school among technology bootcamps. Our mission is to help people change their lives and succeed in technology. We offer flexibility in studies, career mentoring, resume and portfolio preparation, and we guarantee employment after the course. Our employability rate among graduates is 87% across our Full Stack Development, Quality Assurance (QA) and Data Analytics programs.
We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist for our Latin America team. You will guide new students from the moment they pay until they start their first sprint, keep them motivated, answer their doubts, and remove anything standing between them and the first lesson. This is not a sales role, but it needs a salesperson's skills: you listen, you handle objections and you close on a next step.
Please submit all resumes or CVs in English.
What you will do
• Contact every new student within the agreed timeframes, run the welcome call and make sure their payment, access and tools are ready before the start.
• Understand each student's goal and situation and connect the program to it, so they start motivated and know what to do first.
• Handle doubts, objections and early cancellation requests yourself: offer alternatives and find the reason to continue.
• Follow up proactively with students who go silent, miss the start or hit a blocker in the first days.
• Record every interaction and outcome in HubSpot, and share what you learn from students with the team.
Requirements
• 1+ years in sales, retention, account management or customer service with a commercial component, in B2C (education, fintech, subscriptions or similar).
• You handle objections calmly and can show results in persuading customers to stay or to buy.
• Results-oriented: you are measured by how many of your students start, not by how many calls you make.
• Fluent Spanish and English at B1 level or above.
• Organized and autonomous: many students in parallel, tight deadlines, accurate CRM records.
Nice to have:
• Experience with HubSpot, Slack, Discord or similar tools.
• EdTech or call-center background.
No technical background needed — we will teach you our programs and scripts.
What we can offer you
• 100% remote full-time collaboration.
• 600 USD gross per month + monthly bonus based on KPIs.
• Schedule: 5/2, shifts with rotational weekend coverage (weekend availability is important).
• Digital office: Slack, Notion, Zoom, HubSpot, HiBob.
• Training on our onboarding scripts and call quality, and a clear path to Senior Onboarding, Retention or Student Success roles.
• Friendly and professional team across the US and Latin America.
