What You'll Do
- Respond to inquiries and service requests via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing clear, polite, and accurate information.
- Build positive customer relationships by resolving issues quickly and ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
- Follow established procedures while working collaboratively with the team and escalating where needed.
- Identify recurring challenges and propose improvements that enhance our service standards and processes.
- Stay proactive and organized when managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are
- Native or fluent in German (C2) and comfortable communicating in English (minimum B2).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm, communication skills, and responsiveness matter most.
- Strong verbal and written skills across different channels (phone, email, chat).
- Tech-competent, able to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot common queries.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and team-spirited.
- Willing to adapt in a fast-evolving support environment and thrive under pressure.
