This remote role demands an in-depth understanding of general liability and insurance defense law, exceptional litigation prowess, and an uncompromising dedication to client service and the firm's values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse caseload of general liability matters.
• Represent clients effectively in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide legal analysis and advice to clients on potential exposure and risk management strategies.
• Engage in legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and other attorneys, ensuring best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Florida.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense and general liability.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
