About us:

BetterMe — an all-in-one well-being ecosystem empowering millions to become better — physically, mentally, and emotionally. We build what makes people better and keep challenging ourselves to inspire others.

We are looking for a Post-Production Producer to manage photo and video post-production, mainly for e-commerce, with the flexibility to support other content areas. Your main focus will be retouching: building a strong network of contractors and making sure every visual meets our quality standards.

As our needs evolve, you will also work with AI creators and help bring AI tools into our workflows to keep production fast, efficient, and high-quality.

Your impact:

• Building a contractor pool and communicating with post-production specialists (video editors, retouchers, colorists, VFX artists), as well as AI creators.

• Matching the right specialist to each specific task.

• Managing video and photo materials end-to-end, from intake to final delivery.

• Reviewing materials in detail and providing feedback to specialists.

• Writing briefs and working with technical specifications.

• Making both technical and creative decisions to optimize processes.

• Coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources across the entire post-production process.

• Evaluating the visual quality of materials in detail and their alignment with creative goals.

About you:

• 1+ year of experience producing post-production processes (photo/video).

• English level: Intermediate or higher.

• Ability to handle large volumes of information, including structuring data and coordinating processes.

• Ability to work with briefs, technical specifications, and project changes.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot subtle changes and differences.

• A well-trained eye for photo and video production.

• Strong communication skills, the ability to resolve disputes, and ownership of your decisions.

• Ability to quickly analyze situations and find alternative solutions.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the fashion industry.

• Experience creating photo and video content.

• Experience with AI tools for content generation.
