The Role

As our Senior Brand Activation Specialist, you will own the negotiation and execution of Holafly's in-flight advertising, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and brand activations. Reporting to the Brand Sponsorships Manager, you will be the person who runs these negotiations end-to-end, from opportunity to signed contract to delivered activation.

You will work alongside external agencies and affiliates across in-flight media, OOH placements (airports, subway stations, and other high-traffic environments), and experiential/activation partners. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you will lead negotiations yourself, manage complex production timelines, and be accountable for results — not just oversight.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial instincts, experience managing high-value media contracts and production timelines, and the autonomy to move from opportunity to signed, delivered activation independently.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Flight Advertising Negotiations: Lead end-to-end negotiation of in-flight advertising contracts, including the annual renewal cycle. Manage deliverables such as video asset changes and magazine/image changes.

• In-Flight Video Production: Own the full production cycle for in-flight video content — aligning with the Audiovisual Team on editing, and managing the upload process through to go-live. Plan production calendars in advance so new negotiations align with content go-live targets.

• OOH Advertising: Build and manage Holafly's OOH advertising strategy and placements across high-traffic environments such as airports, subway stations, transit and metro networks, billboards, and digital out-of-home (DOOH) screens, from market/opportunity identification through contract negotiation and campaign delivery.

• Brand Activations: Identify, negotiate, and execute brand activation opportunities such as pop-up experiences, brand takeovers, experiential booths, airport activations, retail and travel-hub activations, and live events that extend the value of in-flight and OOH investments, coordinating with other Brand pillars to ensure activations are integrated into broader brand campaigns.

• Partnership Distribution Activations: Work closely with the Partnerships team to assess brand activation opportunities within existing and prospective distribution partnerships. Evaluate brand fit, audience relevance, and activation potential across partners' channels and customer touchpoints, and recommend activation plans that support both brand objectives and partnership distribution goals.

• Agency & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, affiliates, and venue/event partners across in-flight advertising, OOH, and activations. Ensure agencies are briefed correctly, timelines are tracked, and deliverables are held to scope.

• Measurement & Reporting: Define KPIs for every negotiation before launch, produce post-campaign reports, and work with the Brand Sponsorships Manager to connect activity to overall sponsorship and brand health metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Media, Sponsorships, Brand Marketing, Partnerships, or a related field, ideally with exposure to in-flight, OOH, or other non-digital media negotiations.

• High level English proficiency (written and spoken) as this is the primary business communication language.

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing high-value contracts and multi-stakeholder production timelines.

• Existing network of contacts across in-flight media affiliates, OOH vendors, and external agencies or venue/event partners.

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-month production processes involving external affiliates and internal creative teams.

• Comfort being accountable for a multi-million euro budget.

• Fast learner with the adaptability to thrive in a high-paced, brave scale-up environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in travel, aviation, or lifestyle media sectors.

• Experience working with global consumer brands or digital-first products.

• Background coordinating with audiovisual/creative production teams.

• Conversational Spanish

Benefits & Perks

• Work-Life Harmony: Fully remote environment with flexible working hours to fit your lifestyle.

• Continuous Growth: Dedicated budget for professional development and training.

• Rest & Recharge: 20 paid time off days annually to unplug and explore.
