Nous recherchons un Consultant Organisation / Structuration / Qualité capable d’endosser un rôle central dans la gestion de la relation client, le pilotage stratégique et la coordination opérationnelle des missions. Missions principales Être le point de contact principal des clients dans leur parcours d’accompagnement. Coordonner les interventions des experts internes et prestataires. Traduire les objectifs stratégiques en plans d’action concrets. Suivre la qualité des livrables et ajuster si nécessaire. Optimiser la performance globale des entreprises accompagnées. Profil Expérience et Formation Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans l’accompagnement de dirigeants, le conseil en structuration d’entreprise ou le pilotage de projets dans un environnement entrepreneurial ou en cabinet de conseil. Bac+3 à Bac+5 en gestion, commerce ou équivalent. Compétences techniques Maîtrise des outils collaboratifs : Notion, Slack, CRM, automatisation, Excel… Excellente coordination multi-projets, forte culture business et outils. Qualités personnelles Leadership sans autorité hiérarchique. Sens de l’écoute, pédagogie, posture claire et posée. Excellente capacité à travailler en autonomie.
