We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to support an enterprise software product suite, ensuring engineering projects are well-organized, execution is predictable, and cross-functional teams stay aligned. You'll translate product roadmaps into actionable plans, improve engineering workflows, and build scalable project and program management processes as the product portfolio grows.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product objectives into project plans, milestones, and deliverables. Lead planning meetings, track action items, and drive accountability to keep projects on schedule.

• Coordinate the software development lifecycle, ensuring engineering work stays aligned with product priorities and enterprise customer requirements.

• Establish and refine standardized project management processes that improve execution, reduce bottlenecks, and increase team efficiency.

• Own the configuration and administration of GitLab boards, labels, and issue tracking. Maintain reliable workflows and integrations with external project management tools.

• Develop project-level tracking into a scalable program management framework, coordinating dependencies, resources, and timelines across related projects.

• Establish clear ownership, reporting, and escalation processes. Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans across Engineering, Product, and Operations.

• Provide clear, consistent project updates to technical teams and executives, translating engineering progress and risks into actionable information.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years1 of project or program management experience in complex software engineering environments.

• Advanced hands-on experience with GitLab boards, labels, and issue tracking, plus experience configuring or managing integrations with external project management tools.

• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) with the ability to adapt frameworks to different teams and projects. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or similar certifications are a plus.

• Proven experience standardizing workflows and establishing project or program governance across distributed engineering teams.

• Excellent leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate technical roadmaps into executive-level updates.

• A genuine interest in Bitcoin and the future of financial infrastructure.

• Experience managing interrelated projects, coordinating dependencies, and prioritizing resources across multiple engineering teams (preferred).
