We are looking for a dedicated and proactive VIP Relationship Manager (VIP RM) to join our Poland team.
As a VIP RM, you will play a key role in expanding our base of VIP clients with a focus on Poland. This role is focused on active traders, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, prop trading desks, and smaller corporate clients, driving our growth through partnerships and key client development in parallel to our institutional team, which, on the other hand, focuses on larger professional, enterprise and institutional clients.
What You'll Be Doing
• Your primary goal will be to drive trading volume and maximize Assets Under Management (AUM) in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients.
Revenue and Product Strategy
• Formulate a revenue strategy and optimization plan based on OKX's European product offerings
• Collaborate closely with the product team to gather client feedback, identify optimization opportunities, and enhance relevant product features
Strategic Leadership and Partnerships
• Work closely with local executive leadership to contribute to the company's overall strategic direction
• Lead partnership efforts in Europe — identify suitable partners and execute negotiations to expand reach and revenue streams
Client Management and Growth
• Manage relationships with HNWIs and key clients in Europe, ensuring positive customer experiences through proactive account management
• Build long-lasting client relationships to secure referrals and originate new prospects, working with operations to address roadblocks
Compliance and Brand Advocacy
• Oversee legal and compliance aspects, including regulatory adherence, client KYC/AML processes, and reporting
• Serve as a brand ambassador, educating customers on OKX's full value proposition (trading tools to yield products), while escalating feedback to improve platform compliance and user experience
What We Look For In You
Core Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience in fintech/crypto).
•
Fluency in English and Polish, with additional CEE languages (e.g., Russian, Ukrainian) considered a strong plus for regional client engagement.
Industry Expertise
•
5+ years of proven experience in VIP business development and account management within crypto, fintech, trading, or wealth management, ideally in Poland or CEE.
•
Track record of driving trading volume, AUM growth, and high-value client onboarding/retention in competitive markets like spot, margin, or derivatives trading.
•
Technical and Analytical Skills
•
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, user behavior metrics, and performance dashboards for revenue optimization and product feedback loops.
•
Deep familiarity with crypto products (e.g., perpetuals, staking, Earn, fiat integrations) and trading platforms.
Soft Skills and Leadership
•
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with experience managing VIPs such as HNWI, family offices, proptrading desks.
•
Goal-oriented mindset with a history of exceeding KPIs in user acquisition, retention, and revenue targets through data-driven strategies.
•
Compliance and Market Knowledge
•
In-depth understanding of MiCA, MFSA, AML/KYC, EDD, and CEE financial regulations, including cross-border licensing and risk management.
