The listing, marked up

Nothing in the wording of this listing tripped a check. The scores above still judge how complete and coherent it is.

MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers, including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders.

In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours.

MaintainX is expanding its enterprise presence across EMEA, and we’re rapidly expanding our sales team focused on the UK & Ireland market, with the potential to expand your territory to the rest of Europe Middle East and Africa depending on experience. You’ll work closely with our EMEA sales leadership to establish the regional motion, win early reference customers, and help shape how MaintainX goes to market across the region.

This is a key role within the organization, as MaintainX has seen (and will continue to see) triple-digit, year-over-year growth; thus, creating a need for world-class client care and management. You would play a crucial role in driving sales growth by effectively engaging and managing relationships with customers in the mid-market segment. You will bring your expertise in navigating larger deals and have a proven track record of success in expanding client accounts.

The ideal Expansion Account Executive, Mid-Market will be fanatical about customer success and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to be a part of both client retention and expansion. This is a difference-making, meaningful, high-responsibility role, and we expect the right candidate to be someone who thinks outside the box, thrives under pressure, and is laser-focused on the client.

What you’ll do:

•
Ownership - You will own a “book of business” from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion. You would use your B2B sales or account management experience to effectively engage and build relationships with mid-market customers. Know your clients like family and take care of them as such.

•
Expansion - Happy clients tend to expand. You will leverage your experience in navigating larger deals to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

•
Prospecting - You will take a proactive approach in identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.

•
Presentation - You will conduct quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and present product demonstrations that showcase our offerings in a compelling and tailored manner and the value and impact of our solutions.

•
Organization - You will need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously such as client requests, demos, proposals, follow-ups, etc. It’s imperative that you stay organized and nothing falls through the cracks.

•
Systems – We’re a tech company, so we provide you with great technology to do your job. You will become a master of using systems like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and others.

•
Forecast - You will accurately manage your sales pipeline and forecast monthly and quarterly expansion opportunities with +/- 15% accuracy.

•
Document - Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions, deals, and progress.

•
Startup Mentality – You will embrace the entrepreneurial, grind-it-out mentality of building something new.

About you:

•
A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with a significant portion in account management or a similar role within the mid-market segment.

•
Demonstrated success in expanding client accounts and driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.

•
Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field.

•
This role is responsible for managing and supporting a customer portfolio based primarily in English-speaking markets (US/English Canada), requiring daily verbal and written communication in English with those customers.
