Solutions Implementation Specialist
Company: Netziah, a business growth and operations firm serving the U.S. market through sales operations, CRM, AI automation, marketing and client delivery.
Location: Remote, Philippines-based. Department: Intelligent Solutions. Reports to: Technology & Solutions Director.
Role
Build, test and document client and internal CRM, automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Configure CRM pipelines, forms, calendars, automations and integrations.
- Implement approved chatbot or AI-agent flows with documented safeguards and handoffs.
- Test workflow edge cases and troubleshoot issues before operational release.
Required qualifications
- Practical CRM or no-code automation implementation experience.
- Familiarity with API/webhook concepts, workflows, integration tests and troubleshooting.
- Clear English written documentation and secure treatment of access credentials.
Preferred qualifications
- HighLevel, Zapier, Make, web forms or AI agent configuration.
- Basic HTML/CSS and customer-facing technical support.
Work terms: Philippine-based remote work supporting U.S. business operations. Working-hour overlap, salary and employment terms are subject to an approved hiring request. This profile does not announce an immediately available paid opening.
