We're casting Social Video Storytellers to turn employee-generated content into ready-to-post social videos. Brand teams will capture content at a two-day content event, then each storyteller partners directly with 1 or 2 brands to shape that footage into five finished assets per brand. A traditional editing background isn't required. What matters is knowing how to make social content that hooks people fast, using the tools built into the platforms. The brand teams own the voice and the ideas. You bring the storytelling and the speed.

Asset details: Each asset is a :15 to :90 social video edit using employee-generated content for a household brand. It should be an editorial storytelling piece that feels native to the platform, using platform graphics, text, emojis and music.

• Create five vertical videos (9:16, :15 to :90) per brand for Instagram, TikTok and Meta.

• Review raw footage and pull selects, then build a story that sets the hook fast and keeps people watching.

• Use native platform graphics, music, text and effects to keep the authentic, employee-made look and feel. No custom design or motion graphics needed.

• Join a short pre-pro briefing with your brands before the event, so you know the capture plan before footage lands.

• Work directly with each brand team, turning rough cuts quickly based on their feedback so final assets are delivered by EOD Friday, 11/20.

• A portfolio of short-form social, UGC or creator content, ideally for brands that connect with moms as a key consumer.

• Strong social storytelling. You know how to set the hook and tell a story quickly.

• Comfortable editing in CapCut or natively in Instagram and TikTok. Premiere or similar tools are a plus, not required.

• Comfortable building a story from real, sometimes messy footage instead of a locked script.

• Speed and organization to deliver polished assets in one week.

• Full availability the week of 11/16 to 11/20, plus time for the pre-pro the week of 11/9.
