Nothing in the wording of this listing tripped a check. The scores above still judge how complete and coherent it is.
If you're an experienced Landscape Architect who cares about climate, biodiversity and social equity, AND you believe landscape should lead the way in shaping places people actually want to live, you might feel at home here.
We're looking for Senior Landscape Architects in Manchesterto join an employee-owned, values-led landscape and planning practice, to work on some of the most exciting public realm, masterplanning, infrastructure and regeneration projects across the UK.
This role is for you if:
• Love design, but also want to see projects through from concept to delivery
• Enjoy working collaboratively with planners, urban designers and environmental specialists
• Are ready for more autonomy and responsibility, without losing support or balance
• Care about creating places with identity, meaning and long-term value
Why this role?
Alongside an incredibly interesting workload and opportunity to work on truly meaningful projects, you'll be joining a people-first business where success is shared, not siloed. Think profit share, a real voice in how the business is run, and a culture built around trust and flexibility.
You'll be supported to progress, with chartership costs covered, paid professional subscriptions, structured mentoring and a strong CPD programme - while still having space for life outside work.
That means flexible working in terms of both place and hours; enhanced shared parental leave, sabbatical options, paid volunteer days, time each year to come together and celebrate employee ownership, and more.
If you have:
• 5+ years experience in Landscape Architecture within the UK, including experience across all RIBA stages and strong UK public realm experience
• A passion for shaping places that respect nature, respond to climate challenges, and put people at the heart of design
• Chartership or working towards
• Proficiency in core design software including Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit and/or Rhino
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK (sponsorship can be considered for suitable candidates)
... we'd love to hear from you!
