About Blox Space
Blox Space works at the heart of the Bitcoin economy, partnering with a network of more than 70 companies across fintech, cybersecurity and Freedom Technologies worldwide, all building the infrastructure, products and services behind the digital economy, data protection and the future of money. We help connect talent with the Bitcoin ecosystem, acting as a Talent Bridge between ambitious professionals and the companies shaping it. Right now we're helping one of our partner companies hire a Senior Product Manager for its Enterprise team, and if you think you're the right profile, we'd love to meet you.
The Role
The company is one of the foundational names in Bitcoin infrastructure, founded in 2014 and today a market leader in Bitcoin security and Layer-2 technologies. Its Enterprise suite, first announced at the Bitcoin 2025 conference, is a Bitcoin-focused software platform that lets banks, prime brokers and corporations safely custody Bitcoin and run tokenization and treasury operations. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Enterprise product team in the EMEA region and own the ongoing development and adoption of the solution. We're not looking for the perfect CV, we're looking for the right mind. If you've built and shipped product in a regulated, high-trust environment and can turn a vision into a roadmap the whole organization rallies behind, this is for you. The responsibilities of a Senior Product Manager here can range from owning the product narrative and translating vision into an actionable roadmap, to working directly with banks and institutional customers to shape requirements, to partnering with engineering, sales and marketing to drive adoption across EMEA and prioritize the features that move revenue.
The skills that make the difference
•
Several years of product management, ideally in a regulated or financial environment: you've delivered real impact where trust, compliance and security are non-negotiable.
•
Ability to own the product narrative: you turn a vision into a roadmap and communicate it clearly to everyone from engineers to executives.
•
A customer-facing instinct: you sit with banks, brokers and institutions, understand their world and translate it into product.
•
Comfort with Bitcoin, digital assets or financial infrastructure: you don't need to be a protocol dev, but you get why custody, tokenization and treasury matter.
•
Cross-functional leadership: you align engineering, sales and marketing without formal authority and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
•
Excellent English: the team and the market are international, and the conversations that matter happen in English.
Not ticking every box above? Apply anyway: we're hunting for game-changers, not boxes to tick!
Working arrangements
This role is remote within the EMEA region. Working arrangements are flexible and to be defined together with the reference team, according to the needs of the project.
