About Abridge

Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AI-powered platform was purpose-built for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients.

Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. Powered by Linked Evidence and our purpose-built, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems.

We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.

The Role
As the Clinical Success Manager for Federal accounts, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional generative AI platform for clinicians. You will be a key member of the commercial team and your work will directly contribute to improving the cognitive burden associated with clinical documentation. You will collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and key stakeholders to understand their workflows and needs, provide support, and build and enable clinical champions in order to drive successful adoption and utilization of our products and services.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinician enablement by leading clinician enablement sessions, staff and leadership presentations, and building collateral to support adoption at every stage.

• Support the development and delivery of training tailored to federal clinical workflows and audiences, including enablement of stakeholders across the deployment who support adoption.

• Support implementation for new and scaling sites, helping each site launch successfully and grow utilization over time.

• Build and maintain relationships with clinical champions.

• Provide workflow and product support to clinicians to drive increased adoption and utilization.

• Monitor product performance in the field and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to elevate emerging issues, contribute to timely improvements, and advocate for clinician needs, with urgency matched to clinical impact.

• Surface clinician feedback to internal stakeholders to support product iteration and enhance the clinician experience.

• Drive clinical success outcomes by tracking utilization and related metrics, and report the value delivered to partners and internal teams.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP)

• Experience with EHR documentation and a deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows

• A passion for solving problems and creating new opportunities for clinicians

• Experience leading initiatives from conception through launch

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with different layers of an organization, from front-line staff to executives

• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and regulatory requirements

• (Preferred) Federal clinical practice or clinical informatics experience, ideally with exposure to both federal and commercial healthcare environments

• (Preferred) Clinical leadership, education, or training experience

• (Preferred) Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment where you took ownership and worked with an entrepreneurial mindset
