This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Medical Intake & Forms (De-Identified)". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

What you will do

Upload images of medical intake forms, patient questionnaires and clinical assessments with every personal identifier removed before upload.

Steps

1. Remove names, dates of birth, addresses and identifiers before upload

2. Photograph or scan the whole form

3. Upload and confirm the de-identification checklist

What gets rejected

• Do not upload forms with any identifier still visible

• Do not upload forms you are not authorized to share

• Do not upload blank templates

Pay

$1.50 per accepted form. At a typical pace of about 3 minutes per form, that is about $30 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 7 forms pays about $10.50. No fixed cap; each form is reviewed. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Open worldwide: the task runs in 100+ countries. Remote, on your own schedule. Independent contractor, piecework; this is not an employment position.

• An iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later (the Kled app is iPhone-only right now)

• 18 or older

• Your phone camera, used inside the Kled app

How to start

1. Download Kled from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/kled/id6752585718 (also at kled.ai/app).

2. Create your account and open Tasks.

3. Search "Medical Intake & Forms (De-Identified)", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.

4. Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.
