Hello. We’re Teya.
Teya was founded on a simple belief: local businesses deserve better.
They are the cafés, restaurants, salons, shops and entrepreneurs that bring character to our high streets, create jobs and keep communities moving. Yet for too long, financial services has made life harder for them - with clunky tools, poor support and complexity that gets in the way of running a business.
Teya exists to change that.
We’re building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe - one built around simple tools, thoughtful design and real human support. Our Members rely on us to help them run their business with confidence, and that responsibility shapes the way we work.
We move fast. We care about quality. We stay close to the detail. And we believe great performance and genuine hospitality should go hand in hand.
If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from you
As a Partnerships Specialist, you will coordinate partner integrations from discovery to go-live and ongoing optimisation, combining strong technical delivery with a clear understanding of partner and business objectives. You will translate partner needs into actionable requirements, analyse integration performance and outcomes, and contribute to partner and internal meetings with clear insights and follow-through. Working alongside the Partnerships and Key Account teams, you will coordinate stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support to deliver reliable integrations and identify improvements that benefit both partners and the business.
Key responsibilities
• Manage integration delivery: Coordinate discovery, scoping, implementation, testing, launch and follow-up, tracking milestones and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements: Define scope, data flows, API or webhook requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies and risks, aligned with partner objectives.
• Coordinate stakeholders: Serve as a key technical contact for partners and internal teams; contribute to meetings and follow through on actions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues: Analyse blockers, root causes and business impact; coordinate resolutions and communicate progress.
• Maintain integration documentation: Keep technical guides, partner requirements, decisions and actions up to date.
• Monitor live integrations: Track health, adoption and performance; identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Analyse partner performance and opportunities: Use metrics, partner feedback and business context to prepare insights and recommendations for reviews and planning.
• Support commercial partnership work: Provide technical context, feasibility assessments, timelines and integration updates for partner discussions, without owning negotiations.
Requirements:
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical documentation, acceptance criteria, and actionable delivery plans.
• Experience with API-based integrations, technical implementation, solutions engineering, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, and Postman; experience in payments, acquiring, POS, e-commerce, or SaaS integrations is an advantage.
• Structured, hands-on, and analytical approach to troubleshooting, with the ability to manage multiple integrations and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly; fluent in English and Hungarian.
Teya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work. We believe that a diverse team leads to better ideas, stronger outcomes, and a more supportive workplace for all.
If you require any reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process whether for interviews, assessments, or other parts of the application—we encourage you to let us know. We are committed to ensuring that every candidate has a fair and accessible experience with us.
