We are looking for a Junior Market Specialist / Analyst.
You will support daily market operations, monitor trading activity, and help improve our strategies. This is a hands-on role where you will learn and contribute at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
-Monitor crypto market movements, prices, and liquidity.
-Support trading operations on exchanges (Spot, Futures, Options).
-Help with rebalancing assets across multiple exchanges (CEX and DEX).
-Track and report technical or financial issues to the development team.
-Work with internal data and charts to find market signals.
-Ensure trading bots follow risk rules and performance targets.
-Assist with treasury records and coordinate with the finance team.
-Communicate with the commercial team about client trading results.
