About the role

Amplitude helps companies understand customer behavior and build better digital experiences. We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager based in Singapore to plan and deliver regional programs that connect our story with the customers and accounts we want to reach.

Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, APJ, you will work closely with regional sales, partners and global marketing teams. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will turn regional priorities into defined programs, own delivery from planning through measurement, and use your judgment to solve problems and coordinate work across teams.

What you will do

• Design and own regional marketing programs from planning through rollout, aligning priority accounts, audiences and activities with sales and agreed pipeline goals.

• Lead integrated campaigns across field events, digital channels and partner programs, coordinating contributors and allocating resources to deliver against agreed schedules and goals.

• Own events from audience selection and promotion through delivery and follow-up, turning engagement into actionable opportunities for sales.

• Adapt global campaigns, content and messaging to local market needs, coordinating agencies and vendors where needed.

• Own program measurement and optimization: track conversion, sales-accepted opportunities and pipeline contribution; test new approaches; and recommend changes to the program mix and budget allocation.

• Keep sales and global marketing aligned on campaign priorities, lead follow-up and what is working in the region.

What you will bring

• 8- 10+ years1 of relevant B2B marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of field marketing or demand generation programs and evidence of contribution to opportunities and sales pipeline.

• Experience designing and delivering integrated campaigns and events from conception through rollout, connecting field activity with digital demand generation.

• The ability to influence sales, partners and global marketing teams, align competing priorities, and coordinate delivery without relying on formal authority.

• Sound independent judgment in translating regional goals into local plans, choosing tactics and solving complex execution problems, while seeking guidance when needed.

• Experience managing program budgets, timelines, agencies and vendors, and using campaign and funnel data to explain results and improve performance.

• Experience marketing into SEA, ANZ, and India tech ecosystems

Additional experience we value

• B2B technology or SaaS marketing; partner co-marketing; and experience using Salesforce, Marketo or similar tools to measure and improve campaigns.
