About Zolvo

Zolvo builds software for commercial lenders, including factoring and asset-based lending firms. We automate work such as document review, invoice verification, collections, and payment matching. We are a YC Spring 2026 company with paying customers and an early sales process that you will help build.

You will work directly with the founder to find and develop new customer relationships. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will own prospecting and follow-through, lead product demos, discovery, pricing, negotiation, and closing.

What you will own

• Find the right lenders, research their workflows and reach the people who own the problem.

• Start conversations through thoughtful outbound outreach, industry relationships, and referrals. Turn interest into qualified meetings.

• Keep opportunities moving with useful follow-ups, clear next steps and accurate HubSpot records.

• Prepare for industry events, arrange meetings and follow through after each conversation.

• Bring buyer feedback into weekly sales reviews.

• Lead discovery and product demos, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals with the founder’s support.

Who we are looking for

• Two or more years in B2B sales or business development, with specific examples of deals you personally sourced and closed. Equivalent demonstrated experience counts.

• Experience in factoring, asset-based lending or software sold to lenders is strongly preferred, but general fintech sales experience is very welcome.

• Clear business writing and confident, careful conversations with owners, finance leaders and operations teams. You listen, handle objections, and ask for a concrete next step.

• Comfort doing daily outreach yourself, maintaining a CRM and building a process with a founder. We value accurate promises and reliable follow-through.

Compensation

Annual base salary of $60,000 to $100,000 USD, depending on relevant experience and the agreed scope. Base salary is separate from commission and equity. Health insurance is included.

Stock options of the company on a fully diluted basis at grant, within a proposed 0.25% to 0.75% range based on experience and the overall package. Vesting is four years with a one-year cliff and monthly vesting thereafter, subject to board and plan approval. Options can be diluted and do not have a guaranteed cash value.
