About the Role:
• We're looking for someone to join our VIP Institutional Growth & Operations team, supporting the growth, activation, and day-to-day operations of our institutional and VIP client products. You'll drive client growth initiatives while keeping the operational engine running cleanly. It's a high-exposure role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how an institutional product grows and operates end to end.
What You’ll Do:
• Identify and research high-potential institutional, broker, and VIP prospects to support client acquisition and business growth.
• Drive growth initiatives by supporting prospect pipeline development, account expansion plans, and reactivation of dormant high-value accounts.
• Coordinate client proposals, POCs, incentive structures, and follow-ups to support client engagement and activation.
• Monitor client activity and program performance through daily and weekly reports covering trading volume, client concentration, activation, and growth metrics.
• Analyze data from internal data warehouses and BI tools, validate reporting accuracy, and flag anomalies or trends for further investigation.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, Middle Office, and Support teams to streamline client onboarding, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.
• Improve operational efficiency by maintaining process documentation and playbooks, identifying manual workflows, and recommending automation opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
• 0–2 years of experience (internships count) in operations, business/commercial analytics, product ops, growth, or a related function.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, thresholds, and structured criteria.
• Working proficiency with spreadsheets; basic SQL or a clear willingness to learn quickly.
• Clear written communication, able to summarize data and decisions crisply for stakeholders.
• Highly organized; able to juggle recurring deadlines and batch processes without dropping details.
• Based in the UAE or able to work effectively on a UAE-aligned schedule (remote).
Nice to Haves:
• Familiarity with crypto / exchange / fintech products and VIP or institutional client programs.
• Understanding of trading mechanics (spot/futures, maker/taker, fee tiers, rebates).
• Exposure to BI tools and data warehouses.
Why Binance
• Shape the future of finance
• Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure
• Tackle challenging projects in a fast-paced and innovative enviornment with autonomy
• Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning
• Competitive salary and company benefits
• Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement (may vary depending on the nature of the role and team)
