The listing, marked up

Nothing in the wording of this listing tripped a check. The scores above still judge how complete and coherent it is.

Every prescription filled on a health plan gets priced and paid at the pharmacy counter in seconds, passing through four or five companies, and the employer paying for it almost never sees what it cost. We're building the platform those claims are priced, paid and audited on, in the open. TPAs and brokers build on it.
I'm the founder and an engineer, and I've written most of what exists. Hiring engineer #1. The problems: paying the same claim exactly once across reversals, rebills and retries; a versioned API that outside companies build their business on; isolating each customer's health data, enforced in Postgres; and drug prices that change retroactively but still have to be explainable. Stack: Python, TypeScript, Postgres, GCP. No healthcare experience needed.
Email me at [email protected] with something you built and the one thing in it you'd never let change.
