Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale Reap's client activation and onboarding experience as we expand into new markets and unlock new use cases. Client Activation is the company's #1 objective - this role sits at the centre of it.

You will design onboarding that turns regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage: fast, compliant, consistent client activation across geographies, products, and flow types, built on systems that scale and differentiate Reap in the market.

What You'll Do

• End-to-end activation funnels - from application through identity verification, KYC/KYB, AML screening, risk assessment, account setup, and first value. Our core motion is B2B, with consumer use cases alongside it.

• The verification and AML stack in-product - identity and entity verification (KYC/KYB), document and registry checks, sanctions and PEP screening, risk decisioning, and controls that keep us audit-ready across jurisdictions.

• Vendor and orchestration strategy - select, integrate, and get the most out of KYC/KYB providers, identity verification vendors, and workflow engines.

• Scalable onboarding architecture - configurable flows, rules, and decisioning that adapt to jurisdiction-specific requirements without bespoke rebuilds, plus the activation playbook that lets Reap enter new markets and launch new use cases faster each time.

• Regulatory-by-design product thinking - partner deeply with Compliance and Legal to translate licensing and regulatory obligations into product requirements that don't compromise client experience.

• Cross-functional orchestration - partner closely with Engineering day-to-day, and work across Ops, Compliance, and GTM to remove friction, reduce manual review, and improve conversion and time-to-activate.

• Metrics and iteration - own activation funnel metrics (conversion, time-to-activation, verification speed, manual review rates, drop-off by stage and market), run experiments, and drive a roadmap grounded in data.

What We’re Looking For

• Built B2B onboarding/activation systems in regulated fintech - hands-on PM experience shipping client onboarding, KYC/KYB, or activation products. B2B is essential; exposure to consumer onboarding is valuable too.

• Deep fluency in the AML stack - identity verification, KYC/KYB, sanctions and PEP screening, licensing, and data requirements across geographies, product lines, and flow types - plus hands-on experience with onboarding vendors and orchestration tools (KYC/KYB providers, identity verification vendors, workflow engines).

• Thinks holistically - weighs client experience, legal and regulatory requirements, and operationalising together in every product decision; treats compliance as a constraint to design within, not an obstacle to route around.

• Systems thinker - builds scalable, configurable systems (rules engines, modular flows, reusable components), not market-by-market one-offs.

• Client experience obsession - judges every flow by how it feels to a good client: fewer steps, less friction, faster to first value.

• Data-driven - defines metrics, diagnoses drop-off, and prioritises by impact.

• Thinks and acts AI-first - uses AI across how they work and what they build.

• Senior PM craft - operates autonomously, partners closely with Engineering, drives alignment across Ops, Compliance, Legal, and GTM, and communicates clearly with leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in the crypto / digital assets space (regulated fintech remains the must-have; crypto is a bonus).

• Experience building onboarding across multiple geographies and regulatory regimes.

• Familiarity with payments, cards and cross-border money movement.

• Prior work in a high-growth fintech scaling into new markets.
