• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers, providing clear direction and creating an environment where people can do their best work and grow.

• Set product marketing priorities and build a collaborative operating rhythm that keeps the team focused on the highest-impact opportunities as the business evolves.

• Serve as a strategic partner to Product, bringing customer, competitive, and market insight to roadmap, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions.

• Lead cross-functional launches, aligning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around plans that build market awareness, field readiness, and customer adoption.

• Develop focused industry and use-case programs with Demand Gen, Sales, and Services, translating product strengths into qualified pipeline and expansion opportunities.

• Guide product messaging across the website and key customer touchpoints, partnering with Brand, Creative, and web teams to bring it to life.

• Partner with Enablement and Sales to develop the narratives, customer proof, and resources that support effective discovery, demos, and value-based selling.

• Own Jasper’s analyst relations strategy and program, building trusted relationships with industry analysts and partnering with executive and product leaders on briefings, research evaluations, and market positioning.

• Use customer feedback, field insights, and shared measures of commercial impact to continually improve messaging, launches, and go-to-market programs.

What you will bring to Jasper

• A track record of developing high-performing teams, building strong cross-functional relationships, and creating clarity and focus as a business grows.

• Strong product marketing craft, with success translating complex capabilities into distinctive positioning and stories that resonate with enterprise buyers.

• The ability to connect strategy with execution, apply sound judgment, and guide teams through competing priorities and new opportunities.

• Experience bringing platform products or multiple solutions to market and supporting growth through launches and sustained go-to-market programs.

• Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executives, customers, analysts, and colleagues across functions.

• A customer-centered, commercially minded approach, using research and data to sharpen strategy and understand the impact of your work.

• Curiosity about AI and the future of marketing. Familiarity with AI platforms, marketing workflows, and pricing or packaging is valuable.
