• Collaborate with international teams to resolve escalated issues for our diverse Italian-speaking customer base.
Requirements
• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Genuine interest in the Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with modern gaming platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for success in this Italian Speaking Gaming Customer Service Support position in Bulgaria.
