Job Type: Full-time

About ChatRevenue

ChatRevenue is building the AI-native layer that makes legacy CRM obsolete. The thesis: sales teams shouldn't have to live inside rigid, hand-coded databases – intelligent agents should handle the process instead.

The product is in its fourth iteration, built to sit alongside HubSpot and Salesforce – not replace them overnight, but do one thing better, then another, until the old stack becomes unnecessary. The company is backed by an experienced SaaS investor with a $5M commitment and a direct pipeline to US SMB customers through an Ohio-based accelerator.

The team is 8-10 people, fully distributed across Atlanta, Kyiv, London, Zurich, and Spain. The product is ready. What's needed now is someone to find the right message.

What you are expected to do

• Own the GTM motion from day one: run focused experiments, one message at a time, 2-3 weeks per iteration, measure, iterate

• Write landing pages, outbound sequences, and sales messaging yourself – there is no product marketing team

• Close the first 5 paying customers ($1k/month each) alongside the CEO within 3 months

• Define and refine the ICP through real conversations with US SMBs

• Translate market signals into product direction – be the customer's voice inside the team

• Build the playbook that a sales team will eventually scale

What you need to succeed

• You've lived inside a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, or similar) – as a user or builder – and you understand what's broken at a product level, not just a workflow level

• You've done GTM work at an early-stage B2B startup: landing pages, outbound, first sales calls, not just PRDs and roadmaps

• You're comfortable in pre-PMF ambiguity – figuring out the message is the job, not inheriting one

• You write clear, direct English copy without a copywriter

• Track record: at least one story where you moved a metric from zero, even if the company didn't make it

• US or Europe timezone with meaningful overlap with US East Coast

What you get

• Warm pipeline from day one: the investor's Ohio Accelerator gives you access to US SMBs without cold outreach from scratch

• A team that ships: the product is ready and the engineering team is fast – your job is to find the message, not wait for features

• Full ownership: you set the GTM direction, the messaging, and eventually who you hire
