Senior Paid Media Specialist — Reunion Marketing

Remote or hybrid (US) · Full time · Paid Media team · Automotive

Be the person the team calls

Reunion Marketing runs Google, Meta, and Microsoft ads for more than 200 automotive dealerships. When a campaign stops delivering, a feed gets disapproved, or a client's numbers do not add up, someone has to jump in, sort it out, and calm everyone down. We want that to be you.

This is a senior seat with real standing on the team. You will manage our biggest dealer groups, lead client conversations, and help every new specialist we hire get up to speed. No two days look the same, and you will rarely be working alone.

What your days look like

•
Many accounts, always moving. You run a portfolio of dealer accounts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising in the Fluency platform: budgets, bids, search terms, audiences, creative, and inventory updates, on a steady monthly rhythm.

•
Our most important clients. You own the largest dealer groups and the accounts with the most moving parts. You lead their monthly performance reviews and set the example the rest of the team follows.

•
The go-to when things break. Tracking, Tag Manager, GA4, inventory feeds, attribution, account setup: when a specialist gets stuck, they come to you. You find the cause, fix it, and write it down so nobody hits the same wall twice.

•
Teaching new teammates. You onboard and train every new Paid Media Specialist, from platform setup to client calls, and walk them through their first 90 days with regular check-ins.

•
Talking with people. Monthly calls with dealer principals and marketing directors, plus constant contact with Client Success and SEO. You explain what happened, what it means, and what we will do next, in plain language.

•
Keeping it organized. Accurate monthly reports, clean checklists, budgets paced to plan, and a knowledge base the whole team uses.

How success is measured

You will know exactly where you stand. We track cost per lead against each client's target, lead volume and return on ad spend, budget pacing, tracking and feed health, how quickly escalations get resolved, how fast your new hires ramp, and whether our biggest clients stay with us.

This role fits you if

• You like being in the middle of things: clients, teammates, and a dozen open tabs at once.

• You move quickly and like a day full of variety more than a day spent on one task.

• You have experience in the automotive industry.

• You are naturally organized and you notice the details others miss.

• You read people well, and you can turn a frustrated client into a calm one.

• You enjoy teaching and like seeing someone you trained succeed.

• You want your work to be seen, and you want a clear path to the next title.

What you bring

• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience, including advanced setup and troubleshooting

• Automotive digital marketing experience: inventory feeds, Google Merchant Center, and model-level campaigns

• Agency experience managing a multi-client portfolio, including large or high-touch accounts

• Working proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including conversion tracking and attribution

• Experience in the Fluency platform

A plus: OEM co-op program experience, time spent training other paid media specialists, and Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, or Microsoft Advertising certifications.

Where this role leads

This seat is a step toward Paid Media Team Lead, Director of Digital Advertising, or a platform and automation lead role. Hold your top accounts, lift your new hires, and improve how the team works, and the next step is real.

What we offer

• Remote or hybrid work, your choice

• A senior seat with visible impact on our biggest clients and on the team

• A team that lives by Grit, Elevating Others, Embracing Discomfort, and Continuous Improvement
