How the match works

  1. We read your resume for the roles you've held, your skills (strongest first), and your level.
  2. We drop jobs you can't take. A "USA only" role is never shown to someone in Kenya, whatever the listing's tags say.
  3. We rank what's left by your skills, your title, your level and your pay floor, and show the reasons for each score.
