About UserWise

We’re building a high-speed, AI-assisted game production team focused on developing and scaling mobile games globally.

This is not a traditional game team. We operate with ownership, clarity, and execution speed, leveraging AI-driven workflows to move faster than most studios.

We work across a global team, building production-ready games and scaling them through LiveOps. Our focus is simple: increase the number of high-quality bets and turn them into scalable products.

Our team has already worked across established franchises such as Fruit Ninja1 and Wordscapes, contributing to both development and growth initiatives.

The Role

We’re looking for a senior game designer with strong product management understanding to help us identify, build, validate, and scale new game products.

This is a product builder role. You’ll work closely with our Chief AI Officer, combining strong game design, product thinking, data, and AI-assisted workflows to turn opportunities into playable products quickly.

You’ll own the what and why behind the product, while staying close enough to the work to turn ideas into prototypes, tests, and production-ready games.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate new game opportunities through market analysis, competitor deconstruction, player insights, and product data

• Turn opportunities into clear product bets, defining the concept, target audience, core loop, product hypothesis, success metrics, and commercial opportunity

• Own AI-assisted game design across core loops, systems, progression, economy, UX, retention, and monetization

• Rapidly prototype and validate game concepts using AI-assisted tools and lightweight development workflows

• Define success metrics, analyze player behavior and test results, and make clear recommendations on whether to scale, iterate, or kill

• Own product priorities and make trade-offs based on player impact, data, development effort, and business potential

• Continuously improve games based on retention, engagement, monetization, experimentation, and player behavior

• Partner closely with leadership to evolve how AI is used to design, prototype, build, and scale games faster

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in mobile games, ideally across casual or hybrid-casual products

• Strong game design experience combined with product management or meaningful product ownership

• Experience taking games or significant products from concept through launch and post-launch iteration

• A track record of owning product outcomes and KPIs, not just individual features

• Strong understanding of gameplay systems, progression, economy, UX, retention, monetization, and LiveOps

• Strong understanding of F2P game economics and metrics, including retention, engagement, monetization, LTV, CPI, and related product performance indicators

• Comfort working with analytics and experimentation, including interpreting data, forming hypotheses, designing tests, and acting on results

• Ability to deconstruct successful games, understand why they work, and turn those learnings into product decisions

• Experience using AI-assisted tools for ideation, prototyping, analysis, design, or content creation

• Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear product direction and executable priorities

• High ownership and independent decision-making. You move quickly and don’t wait for perfect information

• Strong execution mindset. You build, ship, learn, and improve rather than getting stuck in process

Environment

• High ownership: You own product decisions and outcomes

• High speed: We build, test, ship, and iterate quickly

• AI-assisted workflows: AI is embedded into how we design and build

• Data-driven: Product decisions are informed by player behavior and measurable outcomes

• Global team: Work across multiple regions and disciplines

• Low bureaucracy: Minimal process, maximum execution

Benefits

What We Offer

• Competitive USD compensation

• Paid Time Off

• Performance Bonus

• Annual Performance Reviews
