JH Automations entwickelt Automatisierungen für den Mittelstand im DACH Raum: digitale Mitarbeiter, Workflows, KI Systeme und eigene Software bis hin zu Dashboards, die im Alltag genutzt werden.
Uns geht es um Ergebnisse, die bei Kunden spürbar die Nadel bewegen. Dafür arbeiten wir sauber, dokumentieren alles und lassen nichts halbfertig.
Unser Tech Stack ist Enterprise Level und State of the Art: n8n als Orchestrierung, dazu eigener Code, Claude API, Supabase und React. Wir arbeiten mit Cursor und Agentic Software Engineering und sind bei Tools und Modellen immer auf dem neuesten Stand.
Wir arbeiten agil und komplett remote. Du brauchst richtig Bock auf KI, hohen Drive und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise. Wenn du lieber baust als diskutierst, passt das. Wer das mitbringt, bekommt Projekte mit echter Verantwortung und Tempo.
Deine Aufgaben
Du konzipierst und implementierst Automatisierungslösungen unter Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz.
Du bindest verschiedene APIs und Softwaresysteme an bestehende Workflows an.
Du analysierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse und identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale.
Du testest und optimierst automatisierte Abläufe auf Stabilität und Performance.
Das bringst du mit
Fundierte Erfahrung in der Prozessautomatisierung mit n8n (auch Quereinsteiger)
Sehr logisches und prozessuales Denkvermögen
Sehr hohes Maß an Gewissenhaftigkeit und Sorgfalt
Praktische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-Technologien und entsprechenden Schnittstellen.
Erfahrung in der Anbindung von APIs und der Integration verschiedener Tools.
Hohe Eigenmotivation. Bock auf die Zukunft.
Eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
